On June 21, thousands of people in more than 300 communities across the world will be volunteering through United Way to make their community a better place through Day of Action. 

Volunteers will pack and distribute bags with books and enough food for meals throughout the weekend for children at four Durham elementary schools.  

That's weekend meals for 1,500 children.
