Camden Street Learning Garden is hosting an Introduction to Spring Gardening workshop series. In this workshop, "Garden BluePrint: Spring Planning," you learn how to create a planting plan and garden map.

The weather is cold right now, but Spring is just around the corner! Come learn everything you need to know to plan your Spring vegetable garden. We’ll cover value-based planning, crop seasonality, plant spacing, crop rotation and how to begin starts indoors. Come learn with us and get your garden off to the right start!

We recommend getting to this event 10 minutes early to give you time to sign in and get settled before beginning.

Location: Camden Street Learning Garden Office, 807 E Davie St, Raleigh, NC 27601. Follow the narrow driveway which opens up to the parking lot. Our workshop takes place in the office, there will be a sign that reads, "Inter-Faith Food Shuttle Event" along with a greeter to guide you. If you type into GPS "Camden Street Learning Garden," you will be brought to the front gate of the garden, not the parking lot.

Parking: Parking is available behind Revelation Missionary Baptist Church, 807 E Davie St, Raleigh, NC 27601

Things to bring and wear: Snacks and water bottles, pens/pencils, notepads. Masks are not required, but please wear your mask if you feel more comfortable doing so. Masks available upon request.

Allergies, please note: Bees and fire ants are present in the garden. Participants with allergies should bring appropriate medication and alert staff members of your allergy.
