IFFS distributes nearly 3000 grocery bags full of fresh produce and groceries each month to seniors. Volunteer groups pack the bags and then take them directly to seniors' doors.

Thanks to a recent grant from Feeding America and the AARP, we are also expanding our current program to reach 200 more seniors through the Durham Center for Senior Life, providing them with a weekly bag of food containing 8 nutritious meals
