Not everyone is born to cook. But after completing our 11-week Culinary Job Training Program, our graduates know their way around a professional kitchen! We’re proud that over 70% of our CJTP graduates are employed 18 months after graduation, thanks to their hard work and the many restaurants, cafeterias, and commercial kitchens who hire our alums. Earning a living wage tackles one of the root causes of hunger (lack of income) and builds a self-sufficient community. On your next night out, dine at one of these locations. Your meal will support the success of our Culinary Job Training Program!
