April is Global Volunteer Month! Join us as we celebrate the incredible impact of our volunteers and recognize the power of volunteering all month long.
There are so many ways to get involved at the Food Shuttle based on your interest and availability. Whether you’re interested in tending the rows at the farm or gardens, packing for children or seniors, or hitting the road with our daily drivers, we have an opportunity for you. Additionally, we have opportunities available for both individuals and groups.
To extend our thanks to our amazing volunteers, we are hosting volunteer raffles all month long! Each Friday in April, our volunteer team will select one name at random from our volunteers of that week. The selected volunteer will receive a Food Shuttle swag bag, including a variety of Food Shuttle mission-themed goodies. Each week’s winner will receive an email and phone call notifying them of their win. If you don’t win one week, make sure to come back and volunteer the next week to be entered again!
