It’s time to start gathering the fall harvest.
This workshop will cover how different cool season crops are harvested through fall and winter. We'll include an on-garden tour of what’s in season, a demonstration and use of harvest equipment & tools, and harvest techniques, as well as a review of proper storage & food safety protocol, and how to clean crops to extend production.
