It’s time to start gathering the fall harvest! In this workshop we will discuss how to manage fall pests, use row covers for cold protection and safely and effectively harvest your cool-season crops. This includes a garden tour of what’s in season, demonstration and use of harvest equipment and tools, as well as review of proper storage and food safety protocol, and how to clean crops to extend production.
