You’ve planted your fall garden and now it’s time to learn how to harvest your bounty! We'll discuss how to properly harvest and store your crops for a healthy and productive season. The workshop will include an in-garden tour of what’s in season, information for determining crop maturity, demonstration of tools and how to harvest common fall crops, review of proper storage and food safety protocol, and demonstration of how to clean crops to extend production.
