Please Note: Our potluck will be from 12-1PM | Compost Pickup will run from 1-5:30PM

Join us at Geer Street Learning Garden to celebrate Spring! This family-friendly event kicks off with a community potluck from 12-1p followed by a free compost give away from 1-5:30p. So bring your favorite lunch dish and compost bucket and come on over to Geer! Feel free to drop in for one or both portions of the afternoon. 

Potluck: Bring a dish, snack, dessert, or non-alcoholic beverage! If possible, please bring your own reusable utensils and dish to reduce waste. We'll have extras just in case! 

Compost: We are offering free compost to the community! Bring your own bag or bucket to take home compost. Bags will be available for those without one. Limit 2 cubic feet/household. Don't worry, we'll do the measuring! Compost is generously sponsored by our friends at CompostNow.  

Registration: No registration required! 

Parking: Parking is available across the street on the lawn next to Bull City Cool/Farmer FoodShare. There is also free street parking on adjacent Mangum and Roxboro Streets. Please avoid using employee parking for the neighboring offices.
