INTER-FAITH FOOD SHUTTLE

Working Together to End Hunger

At Inter-Faith Food Shuttle, we partner with local agencies and schools to directly provide essential groceries and fresh produce to our neighbors. Through initiatives like Food Pantries, Mobile Markets, BackPack Buddies, and School Choice Pantries, we work alongside these partners to distribute food in ways that are convenient and accessible—whether through a shopping-like experience, drive-through service, or weekend backpacks for our children. By working together, we ensure that our community has access to resources when they need them most.

HOW DO I FIND FOOD AT NO COST FOR MY FAMILY?
  • Use our food finder map to locate food pantries and distribution partners near you.
  • Food assistance is provided by Food Shuttle agency partners located across our 7-county service area. Please note that partner agencies’ hours of service may change without notice. Please call before visiting to make sure they are open.
HOW CAN AN INDIVIDUAL RECEIVE FOOD FROM THE FOOD SHUTTLE TRUCK OR THE SPINNING PLATE?
  • Food Shuttle trucks deliver to Food Shuttle agency partners (food pantries, shelters, soup kitchens and mobile markets).
  • Food Shuttle Spinning Plate serves individuals through agency and community partners and various organizations.
HOW CAN SOMEONE HOMEBOUND GET FOOD DELIVERED TO THEM?

HOW CAN MY MINISTRY, ORGANIZATION, OR FAMILY PARTNER WITH THE FOOD SHUTTLE FOR ONE-TIME FOOD GIVEAWAYS (I.E. BACK TO SCHOOL, THANKSGIVING MEAL BASKET, CHRISTMAS FOOD BASKET?)

Food Shuttle is currently unable to fulfill the food requests of community organizations outside of our network.  Our planned budgetary expenditures, and low food donations, coupled with an increased number of neighbors seeking assistance at our existing agency partners, we are struggling to meet the growing need.
