As summer initiatives ramp up across Inter-Faith Food Shuttle, we have been taking time to reflect on an incredible fiscal year.
Like many organizations, this year came with challenges that often went unseen. Rising food costs, increased demand for services, and ongoing uncertainty tested our teams and our community in new ways. But through it all, one thing remained constant: people showed up.
Because of the generosity of volunteers, donors, partners, and supporters, Food Shuttle continued to provide food, resources, education, and hope to thousands across our region. Every meal served, every volunteer hour, and every act of kindness made a meaningful impact.
We also witnessed the growing need in our community. More families are facing difficult choices every day, and the reality of food insecurity continues to affect neighbors across our region. While these challenges are real, they also remind us why this work matters so much.
This year was filled with moments of resilience, compassion, and hope. We strengthened partnerships, welcomed new supporters, and continued building toward a more food secure future together.
As we look ahead, we are incredibly grateful for everyone who has stood beside us this year. Thank you for helping us continue our mission and for proving, time and time again, the power of community.
